By installing or using AirClip (the “App”), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Vision Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on compatible Apple macOS devices for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as expressly permitted by Vision Studio or applicable law.
Vision Studio may provide updates, patches, or new features for the App. Use of updates may be subject to additional terms.
The App may integrate with third-party services or libraries. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Vision Studio disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
Vision Studio may suspend or terminate your access to the App for violation of this Agreement or other lawful reasons.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vision Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
